Wetcurtain guarantees all items that it sells. In the unusual event you receive an item that is defective, the wrong color, or the wrong size, please e-mail us immediately upon receipt of the item at qualityq@wetcurtain.com explaining the problem. We will provide you with the information you will need to exchange the item. As long as you are exchanging the item for the ordered style, size, and color, we will pay the shipping cost of the returned and re-sent item.
In the event that you decide you'd like to exchange the unworn item for a different style, color, or size; we will be more than happy to exchange the unworn item as long as the request is made within 10 days of the original delivery. The item must be in it's original condition with all appropriate tags and packaging intact. Once again, please e-mail us at qualityq@wetcurtain.com for the information needed to exchange. In any case where the item being exchanged is exchanged for a different style, color, or size; Wetcurtain is not responsible for shipping charges. In the case where the exchanged item is less than the original item, Wetcurtain will provide a check refund. After 10 days from the day of the original delivery, all items are non-returnable.
